48 Hour Payments
TriMavin will pay you within 48 hours for each appraisal delivered within 3 business days and we will pay you within 48 hours*.
Example: You accept an order on 11/5 at 12:55 pm, the appraisal report would need to be uploaded to the system on 11/8 by no later than 12:55 pm to qualify for the 48 hour payment program. If the appraisal report was uploaded on 11/8 at 12:56 pm, the order does not qualify for the 48 hour payment as it is over the 3 business days (72 hours)
* To obtain payment within the 48 hour period, please sign up for ACH direct deposit. If you do not sign up for ACH Direct Deposit, your check will be placed in the mail within 48 hours however, delivery time will vary based on USPS processing time. Bi-Monthly Payments
Where other AMCs may pay you monthly for your completed work, here at TriMavin we pay on a bi-monthly pay schedule. When utilizing ACH, you can count on your money being available when you want it.
Geographic Coverage
TriMavin is licensed in all 50 states and currently doing business in the majority of them. We are always looking grow our panel of appraisers across the country in order to provide complete coverage to our clients.

- ZIP codes you consider yourself to be geographically competent – Work order assignments cannot exceed 20 miles from the designated office with exception. Rural appraisers may expand their coverage.
